« The room was spacious and comfortable. We were upgraded to a river view room. However the windows were dirty (on the outside) and it marred the otherwise comfortable stay. Couldn’t see out without looking at the dirty windows. Having said that, service staff were very helpful. »

« Overall a pleasant stay at Conrad Tianjin, excellent location with a large shopping mall next to the hotel offering lots of food choices and activities. Housekeeping was outstanding, consistently well- maintained with attention to detail. Swimming pool is functional but very outdated compared to the rest of the hotel facilities (Conrad’s gym and pool are operated as a fitness club open to the public so busier and less comfy than I expected). »
