The Space:

You step into a simply designed paradise where the hum of everyday life fades and the space feels instantly yours. Sunlight filters through the first‑floor windows, highlighting a large living area that invites the whole family to gather, unwind, and share stories after a day of exploring Lutz. A small patio off the lounge offers a quiet spot for two, perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine under the sky.



Sleeping arrangements

Four queen bedrooms each open onto their own full bathroom, giving every guest privacy and comfort. The queen beds provide ample space for a restful night, and the layout keeps the family together while still offering personal retreats.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a community pool where you can splash, lounge, or cool off at any time. The clubhouse and lounge provide additional gathering spots, while a basketball court, walking/biking trail, and grill area invite active fun. A nearby gym and on‑site fitness center let you keep up with your routine, and the small patio with seating for two offers a private nook for quiet moments.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked with everything needed for simple meals, from pots and pans to basic utensils. A breakfast nook sits beside the cooking space, and a separate dining area provides room for everyone to sit down and share meals together. After dinner, the large living area comfortably accommodates the whole family for movies or games.



Neighborhood

Located in Lutz, the unit is just five minutes from the University of South Florida campus and eight minutes from MOSI, making cultural outings easy. Busch Gardens Tampa is an eleven‑minute drive, while Takomah Trail Park and Lettuce Lake Park are within ten to thirteen minutes, offering nature walks, wildlife spotting, and picnic spots. All attractions are conveniently reachable without long travel times.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
