Go to this random village near the banks of beautiful Issy-kul Lake and as soon as you meet your host Tamara, you'll understand why this is such a gem. There was a dead mouse with flies and maggots in the first room given to me. Attention was lacking. They gave me another room and apologized. There was a live mouse in the next room.
