« The first room they gave me pas full or water in the bathroom because of a leakage, the AC pas not working ans there were a lot of cigarette holes on the blanket. Then they gave me another room ans in this one the toilet flush ans the AC didn't work ans the TV cable was cut so no TV. For the price it is a shame. And the guys at the reception are not very sympathetics »

« Check in was horrible. After a long drive, arriving late due to traffic, no one wants an issue at checkin for a room that already paid for. The front desk clerk was new and made an error that stated I owed $260. I showed her that I already paid the room booked on expedia. It was a lot of back and forth, she needed to call the manager due to her error. The whole ordeal took 20-25 minutes. At 11:30pm its not good. Finally went to the room. The room was fine. Just needed to sleep and then get up...

« Misleading/confusion finding apartment:
Recommend adding the exact address for the main gate.
Difficult finding exact apartment. Numbers on roadside of apartments. Recommend adding to instructions to look for the building marker on a sidewalk post, not on the actual building.
Access instructions seemed to suggest that there was a designated parking spot for the unit. Circled around numerous times looking for designated spot, but never found one. Only areas with designated parking numbers...

« I had 3 days without electricity and I tried to contact the phone number for their maintenance and no one replied. I also asked reception to help me, who were barely there during the day. Once I finally found someone at the office/reception they said they have no idea what to do. They also called the same phone number for maintenance and like for me, no one replied. If you stay here prepare to be left completely on your own if any issue arises. No electricity is border line third world country...

« I received so many emails that was confusing. The place was nice and new! The IKEA furniture wasn’t very comfortable except the beds were very comfortable! We had a bit of miscommunication but our stay was close to family members that we were visiting and we enjoyed that. »
