Walk through the lush gardens of the Los Suenos I, gated complex to your corner unit. As you step inside, be greeted by a cozy living space perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The well-appointed kitchen invites culinary adventures, equipped with modern appliances for your convenience.

The villa boasts two serene bedrooms, perfect for rest and relaxation. The master suite features a comfortable queen-sized bed and an ensuite bath, while the second bedroom currently offers a bunk bed (double and twin). This level also has an additional full bath that guests can use.

Step outside to the common area where lush foliage surrounds reminding that you have arrived to the tropics! Lounge by the pool, sip your morning coffee or evening cocktails, soaking in the laid-back ambiance. Create lasting memories with your loved ones!

Convenience is key here, with the villa`s central location placing you within easy reach of Tamarindo`s renowned attractions. Whether it`s strolling along the stunning beaches, exploring local shops, indulging in delectable cuisine, or taking in the nightlife - everything is just steps away.

Guests have full access to the whole unit. This unit has a gated driveway for 1 car, for added security, which is rare in town. There is also a shared swimming pool making it a perfect hangout place to cool down midday.

This quaint complex is right in the middle of town, a short walk away from restaurants, shops, activities, and nightlife. Less than 10 minutes will take you to the beach where you can encounter various wildlife, water activities, and pure relaxation. Everything is at your fingertips!

Although everything is in walkable distance, a golf cart or bike rental will allow you to explore the area with ease – you never know when you might have an impromptu shopping spree! For those who want full luxury, a car rental or private shuttles are also available, but not necessary. Please contact us for reservations.

On occasion during drought season the area experiences scheduled water conservation periods, where guests may experience some water shortage. This unit has its own water reservoir tank and pump, thus this should not affect guests. However, in extenuating circumstances, this is a possibility. Either way, if you feel it is out of the ordinary, please let us know so that we can assess it.

•⁠ ⁠No more than the registered # of guests
- guests can have up to 2 visitors during the day only until 7pm
•⁠ ⁠Only listed guests are allowed to stay past 7:00 pm.
•⁠ ⁠Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night`s rate.
•⁠ ⁠Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
•⁠ ⁠In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
