Inside, the condo features a modern, open-concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen, generous dining area, and comfortable living space. There are two bedrooms in the unit. One bedroom features a king-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed. We have a pull-out sofa that features a queen-sized bed to accommodate up to 6 guests. Unwind with air conditioning, in-unit laundry, and two private balconies where you can savor refreshing ocean breezes and wildlife. Whether you’re catching sunrise coffee or evening cocktails, the views and sounds create the perfect backdrop.

1. The maximum occupancy limit is 6 guests.
2. No parties or events
3. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM daily.
4. A small dog may be considered with prior written approval from the host before booking. Guests must pay the pet fee.
5. No smoking or vaping
6. The discharging of firearms or fireworks on these premises is strictly prohibited.
7. Illegal activity and prostitution are strictly prohibited. If illegal activities are discovered while the guest is in the home, local law enforcement will be notified and the guest will be evicted immediately.
