The space
This smaller 1950’s cottage has a cool vintage vibe with beautiful modern touches and lots of natural light. The beds are super comfortable for any length stay. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials you may need for a night in. The home is small & cozy, but with room to spread out. Very close to both universities and downtown.
Guest access
Guests may access the entire home and backyard, EXCEPT guests may NOT access the attic, owner's storage cabinet, water heater enclosure, or crawl beneath the home.
Other things to note
• There's a whole-house surge protector. Every outlet is surge protected!

• The parking area consists of crushed concrete & gravel, and can accommodate 4-5 full-size cars.

• Instead of a solid door, the south bedroom has a beaded curtain for its doorway and can be seen (and heard) through.

• This small home is 630ft² and primarily furnished for two adults, although four adults can be accommodated.
