Great location and well provisioned, family was mostly happy with our stay. We were disappointed with the poor blinds in the front room. Location was ideal for access to FSU and the airport. Would have appreciated access to garage to secure our vehicle.

Wonderful stay!

The property was beautiful and the pictures are definitely accurate. Had absolutely no issues. Host was very accommodating with my family arriving a few hours early by allowing early check in truly appreciated that as well. Would definitely stay at the property again Which I’m sure we will since daughter will be attending college in Tallahassee.

Visiting family while working remotely

The place was clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful. My elderly mother liked the ergonomic features in the bathrooms. The Wifi was strong. I was able to work w/o any problems. The place had enough towels and utensils. We missed not having patio furniture and a grill but, if we are in the area again, we would love to stay there again. We highly recommend it!

Nice and Quiet

Overall, the stay was great. The home is beautiful and very spacious. All the rooms were a nice size and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was also a nice size and open. The only thing I didn’t like and felt very uncomfortable were the family pictures throughout the house. Honestly, it was a bit awkward and didn’t seem appropriate. Otherwise, it’s a nice quaint and accommodating townhome.

Great location and stay

We came into town for the FSU spring game. We traveled with three children under the age of six. This location was perfect for us and everything that we needed to do. This place is well appointed with everything that we needed. We had a wonderful stay, and we will be back again.

Everything was wonderful

My experience in this house was the best. This was my first time doing a house rental and the process was super smooth, the communication with the house agent was the best. The house was super clean and everything in its place. We truly felt at home away from home. Thank you all once again, we’ll be back :)

Sports Tournament Townhouse for Families

Two families and friends totaling 8 people stayed two nights for a sports tournament in Tallahassee. Pros: Easy check in procedures. Pictures are 100% accurate. Beautifully, yet minimally decorated, plenty of room for 8 to sleep, plush towels, and large kitchen. We cooked two nights in a row and made coffee each morning. Thank you for providing coffee pods, sugar, some spices, napkins, dishwasher fluid, garbage bags, dish soap and sponges. Loved the upstairs bedrooms each with a queen/full plus a twin bed! Perfect for two families of 3, and downstairs queen for 2 more. Excellent technology in place - USB fixtures with the outlets, and lots of them! No one fought to charge their device! TV had lots of streaming channels to choose from. Cons: Every time we came in from outside, we smelled pot. None of us smoke anything. We suspect the air filter may need to be changed. Kitchen could use a vegetable peeler, colander, and pot holders. Would also be nice to have a grill out back. Overall, would stay there again.
