Peace and serenity aren’t the only things you’ll find here, however. With lakefront living of course comes abundant water-themed adventures and activities as well. Head out from the private dock to explore the lake on one of the provided kayaks or paddleboards, cooling yourself off with a refreshing swim. The dock itself offers space to soak up the ample Georgia sunshine or enjoy a light lunch al fresco at the table with umbrella. Up toward the home, more outdoor spaces await, from the spacious deck where you can relax with a good book or the outdoor firepit perfect for toasting up tasty treats under the stars. Looking to get out of the sun? A screened-in deck offers a quiet space to take in all the action from afar.



Indoors, bright, open spaces facilitate relaxation and connectivity, adorned with comfortable furnishings and chic décor. Soaring ceilings in the living room sit atop open spaces illuminated in natural light from the floor-to-ceiling picture windows. Sink into the plush sofa seating while you stream episodes of your favorite shows on the smart TV, the fireplace keeping you warm and toasty during the cooler nights. A high-top game table for 2 offers a space for hosting hours of entertainment. Steps away, the stylish kitchen is fully equipped for all your mealtime endeavors, showcasing stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and sleek cabinetry stocked with all the comforts of home. Dine together at the table for 6, with 2 additional chairs nearby at the island for quick and casual bites.



This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes 2 full size beds and a smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, faux fireplace, smart TV, porch access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for up to 3 vehicles.

• This home is equipped with four (4) external security cameras. The first is mounted on the front porch, actively monitoring the driveway and road. The second is mounted on the docks, actively monitoring the edge of the dock and lake gear. The third is mounted on the storage house, actively monitoring the back gate. The fourth is mounted on the back porch, actively monitoring the lake.

• If you are bringing a pet - the pet fee is not included in this total price. An additional pet fee of $25 per pet, per night will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum of 2 pets (dogs or cats) can be brought to the unit. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

• We welcome well-behaved dogs, but please note that cats are not allowed in this property due to homeowner allergies to litter and dander. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

• One of the neighbors of this property owns free-range chickens and goats that occasionally may wander onto the property. Guests are welcome to ward them away. They are friendly. There is nothing the homeowner or Grand Welcome can do because of the community zoning.

• Please put all equipment back at the dock area and lock it up for safe keeping.

• No Parties.

• Smoking is Only Permitted out at the Dock area Do not throw your butts in the water.

• Please be respectful of others and quiet hours are from 11pm - 6am.
