A nice hotel is a very strategic position for visiting the city.
From a service point of view, the structure is far away from the international standards:
- they do not have any email address available for communications, so if you are a foreign it may be quite difficult to talk to them
- they do not reply to the travel agency, neither reply to the requests addressed via travel agency portal. (I have asked 3 times for a early checkin, without results)
- they have wrote me two days after my arrival, offering me an airport trasnfer on arrival :-), and indicating to reply them via --------@----.--- (exactly written in this way).
-their restaurant (where the staff get my 5 stars) unfortunately close too early, so in the evening could be an issue
- despite I have informed them that I need to recover some jetlag and sleep urgently, they assigned me a room close to some hardworker, using the drill for the entire afternoon.
- Aircon system is not working as supposed
- be sure to close the tend, the building in front of some rooms, have kids and juniores looking inside the hotel in the night
Generally, great and strategic position (Metro is behind the corner) but not a very high level of customer service. Quality of the hotel is a medium level.
