It's close to the bus stop and within walking distance of the famous Opera House.
The room is spacious and has everything you need. Linens are clean, but there was dust in the corners. The shower is laughably bad. It hit my skin sharply and hurt. Water leaks from the joint between the shower head and the hose. On the first and third days, the water was not hot enough to warm me up. Considering the price, I guess I'll have to put up with that.
The front desk clerk was very helpful.
Sadly, the facilities themselves were in very bad shape. Upon entering the room the tile floor was filthy, it looked like it had not been swept or mopped in a VERY long time. Quite often we got very cold on the room. The water temperature was very erratic. Upon adjusting the temperature it would abruptly change to very hot and then very cold. The insulation for the room was insufficient to keep the room warm and the thermostat did not provide a heater. The food choices was pathetic, the description described breakfast. However one had to go to McDonald's or a place called Q Burger. The choices was very limited and got tired of the lack of choices. Matter of fact we did not eat breakfast the last 3 days.
About the length of stay per the survey was Jan 12 to Jan 30. However we did not arrive until the 13th of Jan and checked out on the 31st of Jan. Therefore, we are owed one night stay or a refund for the missing day(s)
Place needed a cleaner condition. Some things like toilet seat was broken the whole time and not repaired. Had to ask for items not put out or left out during cleaning of room. Room was cold. No known way to heat room up. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
