« Perfection. I'm a fairly heavy user of hotel chains, apartment rentals, and other forms of accomodations, and it's been a true delight to stay here for my Christchurch visit this week. Everything was amazing. Everything was lovely - even the rain and hail, seemed to make the stay more pleasant in this place. »

« This home was personally built and designed by the owners with high end finishes, design elements with a stunning kitchen and living room with two very nice bathrooms and side covered porch and three bedrooms. A foreground decididuous tree does obscure your center view at perhaps except in winter but the bay is especially viewable from porch and kitchen and one of the bedrooms. The parking area is private for this property and sits just above it's roofline. We highly recommend this property. »

« Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Everything was well thought through. The manager made a suggestion for a storage place for leaving our luggage between checkout and our departing flight, but that felt overwhelming since we don’t know the area well and were using Uber to get around. So, we spent most of the last day just camped out at the airport. But that in no way detracted from our stay at the property, maybe just keep in mind having a plan for your departure day. »

« It was lovely and new and catered for a lot of needs with washer/dryer etc and laundry liquid It was a little noisy out front for what I’m used to and the heating had been set cold so I had to figure that out. A fitness centre would be great Lovely apartment style accomodation with a lot of useful things and super handy to river side I would return here »

« Accueil très agréable par un personnel attentionné. L'emplacement à proximité immédiate de la zone de shopping et de la gare centrale des bus est appréciable. Le studio était propre, bien équipé avec micro onde et vaisselle pour prendre petits déjeuners ou repas en chambre si souhaité mais le point noir est l'absence totale d'une table et de deux chaises. Pas pratique de manger assis sur le lit. Bien sûr le studio n'est pas grand mais table et chaises pliantes sont toujours possibles. A notre...

« le studio ne correspond pas à la description sauf si un toaster et un micro-ondes sont des kitchenettes. pas de cuisine possible ! on m'a proposé de changer de chambre pour$50 de supplément par nuit. exagéré ! la chambre est un véritable sauna par "grand beau" et le malheureux ventilateur est impuissant face à cela. le personnel a été très sympa mais ne peut l'impossible. pour visiter la ville, c'est l'endroit idéal. le parking (payant) est très bien. »
