« Excellent well appointed property. Very clean and added food extras of bread, milk, snacks etc was lovely. Very spacious. Property in a very handy location to shops and eateries. Only downside was the bed was very hard so not the best sleep we've ever had. Apart from that, if you like a hard bed, a clean spacious and tidy lodging handy to amenities, this is for you. »

« This place was fantastic. Close to the centre of Christchurch (easy walking distance), very clean and well appointed. The communication with the owners/managers was brilliant. The only things that would have made it 100% perfect would have been an assigned car park inside the complex (but I was lucky to find parking on the street). And the WiFi signal could have been better. I would definitely go back there! »

« Cozy, clean, very recently built 2-level home with a lovely private back garden, backing onto a large green park. Everything was just as described, and the host was very responsive. Check-in was very easy. The neighbourhood is inner suburban, well suited for someone with a car. The University of Canterbury is 1/2 hour walk or 7 minutes drive away. Downtown Christchurch is 15 minutes by car. We would readily return to this home if we visited the Uni again. »
