Would recommend visiting the Union Visitor Center for good information about the sites and activities in the area. We enjoyed a few hikes to waterfalls and dinner of Oysters and Dungenese crabs. « This place was awesome!! A peaceful and inviting space that was so nice to come home to after our busy days. The hot tub was a great way to start the day or end it after a day of hiking. The furnishings were very comfortable and cozy! We felt like we were at our home away from home! « Everything about the listing was accurate. It is cozy, quiet and peaceful. I could walk up the road towards a dead end with my dogs and also down to Hoodsport from the cabin. There is a bit of noise from the highway up above the property, but really only in front of the house. The babbling creek was what was heard from the house and back area over the creek. There is also an open area just steps from the front door to walk dogs, too. The kitchen was very well stocked! The host was responsive...

« The best! Our family stayed over Labor Day weekend and would ABSOLUTELY return. The lakefront house was a dream. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Lots of beds which is great for our family of 6. The kids enjoyed playing Switch after long days on the water. We were outside almost the whole time.
