Getting Around:

A 4-wheel drive vehicle or all-wheel drive with snow chains is strongly recommended for navigating mountain roads and driveway access during winter months. The property offers 2 covered garage spaces and 4 driveway parking spots. Public transit is available via the TART bus line, with the nearest stop located under 2 miles away on Highway 28, connecting you directly to Kings Beach, Northstar California Resort, and surrounding North Lake Tahoe destinations.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.



Please note the hot tub is serviced in between stay and may not be fully up to temperature for the first evening.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn't snowed in a few days.
