From the private driveway, Kings Beach and Truckee are just a short drive away, with Northstar close by and Diamond Peak easily reachable as well. Tahoe City, Incline Village, and nearby state parks are also within easy driving distance, allowing you to move effortlessly between outdoor activities, dining, and sightseeing. Public transportation is available through the local bus system, which provides free service throughout much of North Lake Tahoe. Nearby stops connect Tahoe Vista with Kings Beach, Tahoe City, and surrounding areas, offering a relaxed alternative to driving. For guests who enjoy walking or biking, the area features scenic routes that lead to parks, shoreline access, and neighboring communities. *Digital Guide: Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. Before you arrive, you will receive access to our comprehensive TouchStay digital guide, which includes instructions for the home's amenities, local recommendations, and important safety information as well as your checkin details.

*During large storms, be prepared to shovel — sometimes feet of snow. This is part of a Tahoe winter stay. Shovels and ice melt are provided on site. We do not guarantee on-demand snow clearing between plow visits. Booking in winter means accepting these conditions.

*Connectivity: High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home. A VOIP landline is also provided for emergency use, as cell service can sometimes be spotty in the mountains.

*Security Cameras are located on the exterior to monitor parking, trash, and bear activity

*Bear Safety: This is active bear country. For your safety and the protection of local wildlife, all trash must be disposed of in the provided bear-proof container. All food must be stored securely inside the cabin. The cabin is also equipped with an electric bear fence, which is easy to disarm upon arrival (instructions provided).
