Enjoy the convenience of being close to Lake Tahoe beaches including the dog friendly, Lake Forest and Skylandia beaches. The seasonal deck with BBQ and seating is perfect for outdoor gatherings. Stay warm and cozy by the wood-burning fireplace during the colder months. Located in the Dollar Hill Two Condo Association you will be about 3 miles from Tahoe City with access to many restaurants, bars, shopping, and the Tahoe City Marina where you can rent Kayaks and enjoy other water sports. You can even take the bike bath into town if you don't mind pedaling back up Dollar Hill!

* There is an exterior camera at the front door. There are no cameras inside.
* Only one dog allowed with a 45 pound limit.
* We provide a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towel, and laundry detergent, but recommend bringing extra for longer stays.
* We do not provide shampoo / conditioner / or body wash although there could be some left from previous guests.
* We recommend 4 x 4, AWD, or carrying snow chains in the winter months.
* There is no air conditioning in this rental.

* Parking is limited to 1 vehicles in front of the condo. Visitor parking is 1st come, 1st serve near the clubhouse. There is no street parking at any time, including boats and trailers. There is 1 parking pass in the condo.
* Quiet Hours: 9PM - 8AM
* Fines for violations range from $1,500 - $5,000
