We prioritize your privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. While we won't be on-site during your stay, we are always available via the messaging app or phone to answer any questions or assist with any needs that may arise. Our team is available 8am - 9pm PT.

We are located in Tahoe City, which has a ton of great restaurants, shopping options, grocery stores, and more. Palisades and Alpine Meadows are not far if you are looking for world-class skiing.

Lake Forest Beach is located at the south end of Bristlecone Street and offers shaded picnicking and barbecuing with a lovely view of the lake, right next to the Public Beach. The home is close to a bike/walking path that will take you to downtown Tahoe City, Fanny Bridge, along the Truckee River and much more.




The whole home and fenced-in deck is yours (except for a couple locked closets).

The Lake Forest area is a convenient and desirable area of Lake Tahoe. It is close to shopping, restaurants, ski resort, beaches, and other fun activities, but quiet enough for a serene and peaceful time in the mountains.

Getting around is easy. We recommend you have a car when staying at our home. In the winter, we also recommend that you are prepared for all weather possibilities. This includes chains.

The TART bus stop is across the street from the entrance to the complex.

Reno Tahoe Airport: 53 miles
Lake Forest Beach: Less than a mile
Tahoe City: 3 miles
Palisades Tahoe: 10 Miles
Safeway (Closest market): 1.7 miles

To ensure a transparent and wonderful stay, please review these important details:
- Firewood is not provided.
- BBQ is not available to guests.
- Like most homes in Lake Tahoe, we do not have air conditioning.
- Deck and Outdoor furniture may not be available in the winter months (October - May).
- During the winter months, we recommend 4WD.
- Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short term rental regulations.
- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in additional fines and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
- Events or parties are not allowed under any circumstances. Parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
- Guests will have access to the entire home (with the exception of a couple locked closets/cabinets).
- Please refer to the Rental Agreement for a full list of the local STR Rules.
- In the event of a power outage, there is an emergency kit, located on a shelf in the laundry room.
- HOA community amenities (ex. pool, hot tub, courts), etc. are never guaranteed due to HOA maintenance, etc.
