Locations de villas d'exception à Tagliacozzo

« I booked a suite at this hotel and when I arrived they told me that the jacuzzi in the bathroom was not working so they would put me in a regular room. I said the jacuzzi didn’t matter as I booked the suite for the extra space and balcony. They said they couldn’t accommodate as there is no shower in the suite- only the jacuzzi bath. The lady at the front desk told me the room they were putting me in was more expensive than the suite- this was a lie. After getting Expedia involved they repaired...

« habitación impecable y servicio de 10. »

« We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, tidy and updated, with a large bathroom and shower. The staff was very helpful over WhatsApp to make check-in and parking clear and easy to understand. The app used for unlocking the doors worked great. The breakfast included is simple, but perfectly adequate. We were in L’Aquila mostly to hike, so a grabbing a quick coffee and snack before heading out was perfect. Important to note that the property technically doesn’t include its own...

« Beautiful hotel in the very centre of L'Aquila. Really friendly staff and a nice breakfast buffet in the morning. Walking distance to everything. Parking available right outside. Would definitely stay again. »
