« Really friendly service but no breakfast like mentioned when booking. No milk for coffee on the first day. Pretty old building so we could hear people walking above us a few times. Is that why the tv was black and white? Also the hot water tank is probably connected with other units cause we were losing hot water while showering in the morning. And my partner used the toilet when i was in the shower and i almost got boiled. Internet work on phones but not on laptop. Beds were very comfy tho. »

« Everything was perfect!! Flexible and welcoming, the house was warm, clean and very well done. Beds comfy, towels fluffy, well stocked kitchen. Property beautiful, like everything in Nelson. »

« We chose the cheapest room rate and I suppose we got what we paid for. Towels stained and thread barren, shower curtain heavily coated with pink mold, all edgings black with muck that could be scrub brushed, walls splattered with all matter and in need of paint, couch was too dirty to sit on. »

« The suite is very clean, very well equipped and so nice. The view on the glacier is breathtaking. Our host Marnie made sure we had everything, she even roasted organic coffee beans for us!!Our only regret is that we should have stayed longer! »
