Located in Downtown Tacoma between New Tacoma and Hilltop, in an area which is similar to other inner city neighborhoods. While the neighborhood is undergoing rapid gentrification, the area still has its challenges and room for improvement.
The building has security cameras on the outside of the building and all apartment doors have deadbolt locks!

As an additional safety measure and due to our check-in procedures being fully remote, we ask all guests to verify their identities prior to check-in, much like a hotel asks for ID upon check-in at the front desk. Additionally, as we are professional hosts, we require a short rental agreement to be completed before arrival.

-Any type of smoking device is not allowed inside the building. Do not dispose of cigarette butts on the sidewalk or grass. ($500 fee will apply if the policy is violated)

PARKING
-If parking is needed, please fill out the vehicle details form.
CLEANLINESS
-Please keep the unit clean and tidy during your stay to maintain its new condition. Avoid leaving food and garbage out for long periods of time.
DAMAGE
-Please let us know immediately if something is damaged. Prompt notification will help us quickly arrange for a repair or replacement.
