« Hotel room was clean and organized. The bed was super comfy and the morning breakfast was great as well. Only thing I can really say is small details matter and definitely would say they need to replace shower curtains. It had mold at the bottom of the curtain building up. Considering the curtains are of cloth I think they to be replaced pretty often. The staff were pretty decent didn’t really appreciate the worker rushing my family to hurry up while eating breakfast considering I have 2 kids...

« I thought the front desk staff was great. They did what they could to resolve the issues. I had problems first night there. There were people running up and down the stairs til 3 am. I also spoke to the maid about cleaning my room and gave my room number to the front desk to be cleaned but they didn’t clean it. There was a roach in my bed and crawling on the wall. The breakfast staff was helpful. »

« My second visit in a month, this time with my wife. Everything was really excellent the staff is really friendly and helpful especially Kayla, if your lucky enough to have her working when you're there she will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. They keep the place really clean. One thing we noticed though at the smoking area in the back of the hotel there's a door to the upstairs steps that did not have a card lock for customers staying at the hotel and was unlocked and open. »

« La lazy river et le parc aquatique sont tres bien. Je n'ai pas pu stationner ma moto car elles sont interdites. Lorsque j'ai demande de m'expliquer la raison, ils ont ete tres sec en me disant que c'est la politique ! Il n'y a pas de chemin sur le site, seulement un stationnement. J'ai du stationner dans la rue plus loin. Pour cette raison, je ne retournerai pas a cet hotel. »

« L'hôtel est vieillissant. La climatisation dans le hall n'est sans doute pas bien réglé, condensation sur les vitres. L'accueil a été un peu froid. La chambre, était très sombre, peu de lampes fonctionnait. Par contre, la chambre était hyper spacieuse, nous étions 4. Le parquet était glissant et sale (alors serait-ce la cire qu'ils appliquent? Mais ce n'est pas très agréable sous les pieds). La salle de bain un peu étroite et baignoire bouchée. Hôtel très bien placé par contre, nous y avons fait...

« La chambre était correcte, le monsieur m’a remis les serviettes supplémentaires, les débarbouillettes, et changer les draps, ça c’était super. Ce qui est à améliorer est que quand je lui ai demandé quand est le déjeuner, c’est affiché de 6 am à 9 am en plus de me le dire. Au moment de notre départ la dernière journée, c’était fermé et j’ai appelé et il m’a dit que finalement ce serait à 7:30 am. Je n’avais pas le temps d’attendre de 6:30 a 7:30 sur quelque chose qui était supposé. J’étais déçu....

« Resort was very clean, the room was nice, and the staff was friendly! We had an ocean view balcony which was our favorite spot to relax at. The kids were a bit unruly at the pool so we mainly stayed at the beach, which the resort has easy and quick access to with rentable (but pricey) beach chairs from the city. Location was perfect from the ocean and everything you need is within a 20 minute drive. There’s also a Main Street with great pizza and ice cream shops only a 10 minute walk away which...

« Notre séjour n’a pas été positif car la chambre à côté le couple se chicanait, se battait et on mis la musique très forte nous avons quitté l’hôtel vers 11 hrs on ne se sentait pas en sécurité. Là jeune réceptionniste nous a informé que l’hôtel était complet. Comme on se sentait pas en sécurité nous avons chercher un autre hôtel. Je ne réserverai plus jamais à cet hôtel. »
