« The hotel appears to be just starting operations and is still very incomplete. It is currently under construction.
- Facilities and location: The hotel is located in a safe area where you can walk around. However, it is next to a boulevard full of bars, all competing to play the loudest music. Only a few rooms have significantly reduced noise levels.
- Room: The beds were very comfortable. There was no hot water, and some basic amenities were missing, such as toiletries and kitchen utensils....

« This apartment is in a superior location in a great neighborhood, near a park, with outstanding restaurants and convenient markets in and around the building. The furniture is beautiful, the apartment is clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable. The landlord was very proactive and responsive in communication.
