The Port Gate and nearby Szczecin Boulevards are extremely representative places - definitely worth a visit during your stay in the city. The area around the building is very well connected with the rest of Szczecin. Szczecin Gumience railroad station is only five minutes from the apartment, and to the nearest bus stop Cukrowa 21 walk will take only three minutes.
