The flat is located in the heart of Szczecin in a picturesque area with all necessary amenities. The immediate vicinity of the Old Town offers many tourist attractions, such as the Pomeranian Dukes' Castle, the National Museum in Szczecin and Wały Chrobrego (Chrobry Embankment). The flat is located right next to the bank of the West Oder River, which is 100 metres away. So you can listen to the soothing sound of the water and admire the beautiful surrounding architecture. The neighbourhood is also very well connected to other parts of the city, the distance to the nearest bus and tram stops is only 200 metres. The railway station PKP Szczecin Główny (850 m) is also nearby. The nearby restaurants offer tasty cuisine from different parts of the world, so our guests will be able to have a tasty meal and a nice time. The closest ones are Brasileirinho Brazilian Kitchen & Bar (150 m), King John's Bagels (110 m) and The Kitchen Meet & Eat (650 m). The grocery shops nearby and the large Kaskada shopping mall will allow you to stock up on all the essentials during your stay. There is also no shortage of green areas, such as Żeromski Park or the boulevards on the Western Oder River, where you can stroll and take a moment to breathe away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

The elegant studio flat has an area of 29 m² and will happily accommodate 3 people. Its unique décor is designed in bright colours, with lots of wooden elements and navy blue accessories. The flat's space consists of a living room, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, which converts into a sleeping area for 2 people at night and a double bed. A modern SmartTV and internet access will allow you to relax with your favourite films and series. The living room also has a dining table with chairs where you can enjoy meals together comfortably. The kitchenette has all the amenities and utensils necessary for preparing meals. There is a microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge with freezer. A washing machine is available in the modern bathroom, which will be a definite advantage during longer stays. There is also a hairdryer, toiletries and towels for our guests. The flat is also happy to accommodate your pets. It also has air conditioning, which will be a great advantage during warm summer days.
