Winston Cottage is a compact 2 bedroom north facing cottage with fabulous views with everything brand new and very clean. It has the convenience of being only 650m from Leura train station, the shops and restaurants in Leura Mall but still in a super quiet location. It offers 2 Queen bedrooms with fully built in wardrobes. One bedroom has a en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet and the other bedroom is adjacent to the main bathroom comprising separate shower, free standing bath, toilet and vanity, both bathrooms have a IXL heat lamp. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave and all cooking utensils. There is a dining area adjacent to the kitchen with the loungeroom just beyond. The lounge area has two very comfy leather couches, a huge flat screen TV, bluetooth DVD/CD player and a open flame gas log fireplace which warms the entire cottage nicely plus air conditioning for those hot Summer days. Outside at the rear is a terrace with an outdoor table and chairs where you can enjoy a peaceful sunset with a glass of wine :) There are 2 completely separate rooms underneath the cottage which are owners storage. There are currently no laundry facilities at the cottage.
