Solo, couples and guests who are relocating or traveling for business will revel in its location.

The space:
Light-filled Top floor apartment which overlooks the swimming pool. Accessible by lift. Stylish, uber-cool decor with everything you will need to ensure your stay is an easy and comfortable one. You can even see the city fireworks every Saturday night at 9PM and on New Years Eve from the balcony. Quality Sheridan bed linen, supremely comfortable Queen bed. Quality bath and pool towels are also provided. Large bathroom with a real bath. Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, rice cooker and Breville Smart mini-oven & air fryer are all at your disposal in our fully equipped kitchen. Yes, we have air-conditioning (but please be environmentally aware in its usage). Free and fast wifi.

Guest access:
Guests have exclusive access to the studio apartment. Secure and safe building (24hrs camera surveillance in common areas) with a Building Manager. Guests have swimming pool access, via swiper fob provided on check-in. Lift from Ground floor to Top Floor. No stand alone TV, but who needs it. You've got your laptop or iPad, with all your preferred streaming services, and we've got fast & free wifi! Kitchen is fully equipped. If you prefer not to cook rest assured that Newtown and Enmore offer a never ending array of culinary delights at your doorstep (most of them deliver !) and are just an sms or call away.
Washing machine & dryer laundry located on both the 1st and Ground Floor (pay-per-use).
Given the apartment's ideal location, public transport is the quickest and easiest way to go or hire a bike, hail a taxi.

Other things to note:
Please treat our apartment as you would your own home otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged.

Friendly reminder that for the comfort of all guests there is a STRICT NO SMOKING Policy (including on the balcony and poolside).
There is a STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.

Please do not disturb our wonderful neighbours. Any violation will result in neighbours calling the Police and immediate eviction from the property. Any additional cleaning and management fees will be charged against the Security Bond which is paid in advance of check-in) Please note: Building Manager lives on site.
