Located 1 hour from Sydney and surrounded by nature, enjoy peaceful views, fresh air, and all the comforts of tiny home living—just steps from Marramarra National Park.

The Space:

The queen size bed is fitted with beautiful quality linen.



We provide towels, shampoo and everything needed for your stay.



There is a charcoal-fired BBQ on the covered deck and a cosy fire pit. (Fire wood supplied)



You will have the entire Tiny House to yourselves. It is positioned far from the Host.



Also famous walk Tracks of Marramarra National Park, Can message us we will send a list of all the fun and exciting things to around the area.



Guest Access:

You will have full and private access to the entire tiny house during your stay. This includes your own comfortable bedroom area, a fully equipped kitchen and kitchenette for your cooking needs, and a private bathroom. You are also welcome to enjoy the exterior space, which features a barbecue grill perfect for outdoor dining. For your convenience, free parking is available on the street, and you have access to a garage. Please feel free to make yourself at home in every part of this private retreat.

You will find ample space for your vehicle with complimentary street parking available, as well as access to a secure garage. We are located approximately one hour north of Sydney, making it a straightforward drive for those coming from the city or Sydney Airport. Please note that local shops and cafes are a fifteen minute drive away, so having your own car is highly recommended for your convenience.

To ensure a smooth stay at The Kookaburra, please note that check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is by 11:00. As we are located in a beautiful rural area, we highly recommend arriving by private vehicle as public transport is very limited. You will have access to complimentary street parking and a private garage for your convenience. Please be aware that local shops and cafes are a fifteen minute drive away, so we suggest bringing any necessary supplies with you. We are happy to welcome pets to our property. Please note that smoking and events are not permitted on the premises. We provide firewood for the fire pit and charcoal for the BBQ, ensuring you have everything you need for a cozy outdoor experience.
