Set in Stanford Hall, this apartment offers a vibrant retreat close to Potts Point’s attractions. Natural light fills the living area, where an L-shaped sofa, HD TV, books and artwork set the scene for downtime. A piano brings an expressive touch to the space, inviting musicians to enjoy a few notes during their stay.

The well-equipped kitchen makes meals at home easy, with a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. As you cook, catch a glimpse of Sydney Tower Eye through the window, then gather around the dining table, where vibrant seating and a book-lined wall create a characterful setting for every meal.

One floor above, the shared rooftop offers spectacular views of the Harbour Bridge and city skyline, with sun loungers, outdoor dining and a BBQ creating an ideal setting for alfresco meals. It is also an impressive spot to experience Sydney’s New Year’s Eve fireworks. The rooftop is shared and cannot be booked for exclusive use on Christmas Day or 31 December.

Wake up to leafy views from the bedroom, where a queen bed, clothing storage, split-system air conditioning and a ceiling fan create a comfortable retreat. In the bathroom, a walk-in shower, timber vanity and complimentary toiletries make it easy to refresh after a day exploring the city.

A dedicated workspace with a desk, ergonomic chair and Wi-Fi provides a practical place to focus. A private washing machine is conveniently located in the kitchen, complemented by a drying rack and iron. While there’s no on-site parking, the apartment’s highly walkable location makes it easy to explore Potts Point, Woolloomooloo and many of Sydney’s harbourfront attractions on foot.

~ Building improvement works – common areas ~
Please note the building is currently undergoing scheduled upgrades to its shared common areas (hallway cornices, painting and new carpets). Works take place during standard daytime hours on weekdays only, with the noisier stages expected over the coming couple of weeks (early Oct 2026). Your apartment itself is completely unaffected, and the end result will be a freshly refreshed building – we just wanted to let you know in advance so there are no surprises. Any questions, our team is on hand and happy to help.
During your stay you will have the entire apartment to yourself, inc. the rooftop shared communal outdoor terrace. Please make yourself at home!

Potts Point puts Sydney’s harbour, dining and cultural highlights within easy walking distance. Macleay Street is close by for art galleries, boutiques, cafés, restaurants and bars, while Woolloomooloo Wharf offers waterfront dining, bars, hotels and marina views, with the famous Harry’s Cafe de Wheels nearby. The Domain, Art Gallery of NSW, NSW Parliament, Royal Mint, State Library of NSW and Royal Botanic Garden are also readily accessible on foot. Set within The Domain grounds, Andrew Boy Charlton Pool offers an outdoor swim with scenic views across Woolloomooloo Bay and Sydney Harbour.

In around 20 minutes, reach Circular Quay for the Sydney Opera House, Harbour Bridge, Museum of Contemporary Art, restaurants and bars, plus ferry connections to Manly, the Eastern Suburbs, Inner West and Sydney Olympic Park precinct.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

~ Keys ~
Guests are responsible for all costs arising from lost, damaged, or unreturned keys, fobs, or access devices, and from any lockout. This includes the replacement item, delivery or courier, key-cutting, and locksmith or call-out fees. All costs are confirmed with you before charging.

~ Linen ~
We provide one set of linens per guest/stay, with any spare linen stored on-site reserved for housekeeping use. If additional or spare linen is used during your stay, a replacement hire and delivery fee will apply, as these items are supplied by our linen service. The applicable fee is $29.80 per used bed/bath linen set or $10.30 per additional bath towel.

~ Mid Stay Cleaning Services ~
We also offer 2hr mid-stay professional cleaning service with the following options:
1. Full Cleaning (with delivery of freshly laundered professional linen for each bedroom and bathroom) - $190
2. Full Cleaning Only (no professional linen delivery or supply and changeover) – $100

~ Long Stays ~
Stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional $120 fee, charged separately, to cover the cost of a deep clean and maintain the property's cleanliness after an extended stay.

~ Location Note ~
The apartment is on a ridge above an Australian Navy Depot, with a full working wharf. This means that there may be navy ships docked at the wharf, and whilst there may be some associated noise, they will not obstruct the view of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge.

~ Parking ~
There is no dedicated parking at the property. Free council street parking is available on nearby streets, though spaces are metered or time-limited and subject to availability. As a courtesy, we can provide a complimentary council day-permit — please let us know at the time of booking if you'll be travelling by car.

~ Rooftop Common Area ~
Enjoy exclusive access to the building's recently renovated rooftop common area, shared by all residents, with sweeping views over the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Royal Botanic Garden. Relax at the outdoor dining table and chairs and soak up the scenery - it's a lovely spot for a morning coffee or an evening unwind.
Access is via two flights of stairs from the apartment level. Please note it's a shared space, so no gatherings or parties, and quiet enjoyment after 10pm.

~ A quick note on the bathroom mirror ~
The bathroom mirror shows some faint cloudy marks and small spots near the edges. This is natural ageing of the mirror's backing (common in older buildings) — not a cleaning issue, and it can't be wiped away. Rest assured the apartment is always thoroughly cleaned before your stay.

~ Neighbourhood Works ~
Potts Point is an area with ongoing development. Redevelopment is planned for neighbouring buildings on the north-eastern side of our building, with timing not yet confirmed by the developer — demolition works may commence during your stay. There may be some daytime noise during standard construction hours (Monday to Saturday), as is common across inner-city Sydney.
