A sophisticated open-plan living area is a serene and functional space for you to enjoy. Elegant tiles surround the white kitchen, which overlooks a modern pine dining table for group gatherings. Perched atop a stylish rug is a contemporary seating area, leading to the patio via floor-to-ceiling glass doors. Relax on the private patio, and spark up a BBQ, or spend a day enjoying the luxurious heated pool while the kids play in the large, perfectly manicured garden. You’ll have all of the space you need, with a second cosy lounge to escape to. Budding musicians will love practising their melodies across the ivory piano keys, a special feature of this warm home.

If you’re an avid golfer, you’re in the perfect place to practise, with Bondi Golf and Diggers Club nearby. Of course, the famous Bondi beach is just as close, and we couldn’t recommend the mesmerising Bondi to Coogee coastal walk any more!

The Neighbourhood

Surfer or not, Bondi Beach is a must. The golden sands and crystal clear waters are the jewel of this coast or explore the stunning coastline on the Bondi to Coogee coastal walk.
Spend a day swimming with locals at Bondi Icebergs Pool, a historic sea pool - the ideal place to cool off. Located above the pool is a fabulous clubhouse where you can enjoy sweeping views over the pool and Bondi Beach as you drink or dine.
Visit Bondi Pavillion and stop into Promenade, a sprawling beachfront eatery complete with an ocean-facing verandah, a private dining grotto, and a sunny terrace bar, serving local bites to complement the sunny surroundings.
For a great place to relax with a few drinks, head to Neighbourhood. It's laid-back Bondi at its stylish best, and the perfect place to sample a few choice cocktails.

There are great public transport links around this property, and you’re welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a car-sharing app such as Uber.

Master bedroom (King bed) and the 2 other rooms (Double and a King Single) are located on the same floor (top floor).
-The pool is heated by the solar pipes on the roof. The heater relies on the sun and is not heated any other way.
-Surfboards, wet suits, rower workout machine and a soccer net is available for your use.
-2 cars can fit in the driveway or free, untimed street parking.
