An internal courtyard garden at the heart of this home connects you to nature (as well as doubling up as the perfect spot for a morning coffee). The interior is enriched through warm timber and a layered approach to finishes, conjuring a wabi-sabi restfulness to this architectural home. The ground floor is a truly restful escape from the outside world, enclosing a cinema-like media room, adorned with statement seating, and a boasting a study area. Ascending to the middle floor, you can admire the hug-like timber roof, guiding you seamlessly from space to space, whether you’re brunching on the bench seating surrounding the sleek teak dining table, or cosying up in front of the statement suspended fireplace on the comfy red settee. You also have access to a second private outdoor space - an inside-out dining and entertaining terrace with city skyline views, complete with a shaded dining area.


The tranquil interior continues into this designer home's private spaces, which boast a master suite, perfect for a restorative weekend (or longer!) away. The master floats above this home on its private top floor, inviting you to recline on a pillowy King bed, gentle ceiling fans and a private ensuite. A heritage village dotted with boutique stores and hemmed by rows of Victorian-era houses, the streets combine old-world influences with a modern flair. You’re just a short walk from Centennial Park, well worth exploring with a picnic to discover the beautiful fauna and flora that abounds here. Or if you’re looking for a more upmarket bite to eat, check out ‘Love Supreme’ a popular restaurant serving Pizza that’s good enough to get emotional about. A short car journey or bus ride will bring you to the stunning coastal strip where you’ll find Bondi, Tamarama, and Bronte—or set off on the stunning Bondi to Coogee coastal walk and enjoy them all!

The Neighbourhood
- Paddo is littered with vibey pubs, delectable restaurants and cosy cafes, but to call out some of our favourites, you must visit the Village Inn or Unicorn pubs for a casual drink, pick up a coffee at Jackie's, and stop for dinner at local favourite, Chubby Cheeks restaurant.
- The stunning Centennial parklands are the perfect place for a relaxing and rejuvenating stroll.
- Explore the rest of Sydney from this ideal base. Paddington is just three kilometres east of the Sydney CBD. Follow Oxford Street to the west and you’ll hit Darlinghurst, with the city’s epicentre of gay bars and nightlife; follow Oxford Street in the opposite direction past Centennial Park and Woollahra and you’ll reach Bondi with its refined take on relaxed beachside living.
- For sun-worshippers your closest beach is the ever-popular Bondi, an easy trip and well worh it for the killer waves, relaxed vibes and golden sands.

There are great public transport links around this property, and you’re welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a car-sharing app such as Uber.
