## House Rules

**Check-in & Check-out**
Check-in is from **3:00 PM** and check-out is by **10:00 AM**, unless otherwise agreed. Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave.

**Guests & Visitors**
Only registered guests included in the booking are permitted to stay overnight. Please contact us before inviting additional visitors to the property.

**No Parties or Events**
Parties, events and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly between **9:00 PM and 8:00 AM**.

**No Smoking or Vaping Indoors**
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the house. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

**Swimming Pool**
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times around the pool. No glassware is permitted in the pool area. Please do not run, dive or engage in unsafe behaviour around the pool.

**Children**
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children throughout their stay, particularly around the swimming pool and other outdoor areas.

**Respect the Property**
Please treat the home, furniture, linen and amenities with care. Accidents can happen, so please let us know promptly if anything is damaged, broken or stained.

**Kitchen**
You`re welcome to use the kitchen. Please clean cooking equipment after use and do not leave cooking unattended.

**Rubbish**
Please place rubbish in the appropriate bins provided and help us keep the property clean and tidy.

**Pets**
No pets are permitted unless approved before booking.

**Parking**
Please use the designated parking areas and avoid blocking neighbouring properties, footpaths or driveways.

**Security**
Please lock doors and windows whenever you leave the property. Do not share access codes or keys with anyone who is not part of your booking.

**Before Check-out**
Please place rubbish in the bins, leave used towels in the designated area, return furniture to its original position and ensure you
