The place was decent - though it's not clear from the photo that it is positioned right next to major roads, and a train line - so the sunroom pictured has significant road noise, and it's not nice to sit in.The noise isn't particularly disruptive if all of the outside doors and windows are closed, but if you're a light sleeper this might not be the spot for you.The bed and couch were quite comfortable - though the couch has some stains on it.The kitchen and bathroom deliver the basics.
