Essentials provided including towels, shampoo & hair dryer.
Kitchen is equipped with kettle, microwave, fridge and toaster.

WIFI within the studio and a premium smart TV!

NOTE:
please take these into consideration before booking with us.
1: Our studio don't have stove to cook,only have microwave, kettle, toaster,and basic dishes and silverware.
2: Only have public laundry room for use, laundry open hours: 7:00am-10:00pm.
3: The communal swimming pool and gym are on the first floor.

Guest Access:
Please treat the place as your home during the stay.

You can use the public laundry room to wash your closthes.

Please take care of your dirty dishes, clean it after use

Please ensure all the lights, AC are switched off when you leave.

Please return the keys back to the lockbox upon checkout.

Our team will help you with requests from 10am to 6pm, or 24 hrs in an emergency. Feel free to contact us when needed, and we'll do our best to help your great trip.

House Rules

No parties or events of any kind. Only guests on the booking may stay or visit (max 2). Breaches will result in immediate cancellation without refund, and guests will be charged for all cleaning, damage and any related costs.
Quiet hours 10pm–8am. Close neighbours, so please keep noise down.
No smoking inside. Up to $500 cleaning fee applies.
Pets on request only. Please message us before booking.

Check-in: Self check-in via lockbox; instructions sent the day before arrival.

Keys: Please return them to the lockbox at checkout. Lost keys $300; lockout call-out $100.

Kitchen: Please wash dishes and use a heat mat on the table and benchtops.

Lost items: items left behind are held for 14 days. Please message us and we can post them back at the guest's cost.

Accidents happen. If anything gets damaged, just let us know and we'll sort it out together. Enjoy your stay!

We will send you a detailed house guide and check-in instructions one day before your check-in date, with all the check-in details provided by 3 pm on your arrival day.
