The Space:

This renovated apartment is a comfortable and convenient base just a short walk from Clovelly Beach.



The open-plan living and dining area is bright and welcoming, with comfortable furnishings, a dining table, TV, and plenty of natural light. The private balcony is a great spot for a morning coffee or a drink after a day at the beach.



Both bedrooms feature queen beds, large built-in wardrobes, and plenty of natural light. The renovated bathroom includes a bath, shower, and modern vanity.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator.



An undercover allocated parking space is provided and is best suited to small to medium-sized vehicles. Larger vehicles have fitted in the past but require careful and confident manoeuvring. The apartment is just a short walk from Clovelly Beach and the Bondi to Coogee Coastal Walk, making it easy to explore nearby beaches including Bronte, Coogee, and Bondi.



You'll find a great selection of local cafés, bakeries, and restaurants nearby, while Burnie Park is right next door with open green space, picnic areas, and a playground.



Coogee, Randwick, and Bondi are all within easy reach for additional dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Sydney CBD and the airport are also easily accessible by car or public transport.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy from the apartment. Clovelly Beach, local cafés, parks, and the Bondi to Coogee Coastal Walk are all within walking distance.



Regular bus services nearby provide connections to Bondi Junction, Coogee, Randwick, Sydney CBD, and Sydney Airport. Bondi Junction Station is a short bus ride away and offers train services across Sydney.

All of our apartments come with a welcome letter that includes key information to help you settle in and enjoy your stay.



Fresh linen and towels are provided for up to four guests, along with a small starter supply of essentials including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shampoo, body wash, and toilet paper.



Prior to arrival, we ask all guests to complete a short registration form with their contact details and acknowledge a few simple house rules.



From time to time, we update furniture, décor, and furnishings throughout the apartment. As a result, some items may differ slightly from those shown in the photos, however the overall standard, layout, and amenities will remain the same.



For bookings on platforms other than Airbnb, this property requires a Security Deposit of $400. We hold this as a pre-authorisation on your credit card and cancel it within 7 days after your stay, provided there is no damage. During the registration process, using the online form sent to you in the days before arrival, you will be asked to securely provide your credit card details for this purpose.
