Second Bedroom: Comfortable Double bed.



Third Bedroom: Two cozy Single beds. Perfect for Kids and little ones.



For Families with Little Ones: Complimentary portable travel cot stored under the Queen or Double bed (please bring your own cot linen).



Extra Comfort: 10 plush pillows provided plus extra warm blankets in the closet.

🚗Shared Driveway Access: Parking is available on the driveway directly up to the front entrance. Please note that the driveway is a shared entrance for tenants in the back property, so kindly keep the passage clear beyond the front entrance and refrain from parking on the grass.

🚭 Outdoor Smoking: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the home or near property entrances. If smoking outdoors, please bag and dispose of all cigarette butts responsibly in the outdoor red bin.



⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out:



☀️ Summer/Peak Season: Due to back-to-back bookings, early check-ins and late check-outs cannot be accommodated. However, guest luggage can be left safely at the back door at your own responsibility.
