Accurate Guest Information – Please ensure you provide the exact number of guests staying at the property, including any additional guests during your visit. If unregistered guests are found staying, the reservation will be canceled without a refund, and authorities may be contacted if they refuse to leave immediately.

No Parties or Unauthorized Guests – Parties are strictly prohibited. A $300 penalty applies if any unregistered guests are found entering or leaving the property after 11 PM.

Respect for Neighbors & Common Areas – Please keep all public areas clean and maintain a quiet environment to respect the neighborhood.

No Third-Party Bookings – As per Airbnb’s Terms and Conditions, third-party bookings are not allowed. If a guest does not disclose that they are booking on behalf of someone else through Airbnb messages, phone calls, texts, or emails, the booking may not be honored.

‱ Guest account owner must holding the ID take a selfie on the reservation must upload a clear photo of a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card or driver licence) through Airbnb within 24 hours of booking.
‱ For reservations made less than 24 hours before check-in, this verification must be completed immediately upon booking.
‱ If any guest refuses to complete verification, fails to submit the ID within the required time, or the ID information does not match the name on the reservation, we reserve the right to withhold all check-in instructions, deny access to the property, and treat the booking as non-refundable.

Home-share, not a hotel: Our listings are private homes within residential buildings. Facilities and services differ from those of a full-service hotel.

Single key set: Each unit is issued one (1) set of keys/fobs only.

Extra or lost keys:

Requesting an additional set requires a refundable deposit of AU $300.

Loss, non-return or damage to any key, fob or card incurs a minimum replacement fee of AU $300; if the set includes a parking-garage remote, the fee may be up to AU $500.

Local TV reception: Owing to building infrastructure and regional broadcast limitations, some properties may not receive free-to-air local TV channels. We appreciate your understanding.
Pls make sure you accurately inform us the number of guests, including additional guest coming to stay during your visit. If more people is found to be staying at the property, the reservation will be cancelled without refund and police will be involved if the guests do not leave immediately.
Parties are not allowed at this property. $1000 applied if found people who are not in the reservation entering or leaving the property after 11pm.
