« The woman at the front desk was distracted by her phone and delayed the check in process. We were sent to a room on the 3rd floor where there was an empty mount where the tv should be. We returned to the desk to ask for another and were given a room on the second floor. Upon turning on the AC, the room immediately smelled of urine. Went back to the desk, mind you this all happened within 20 minutes to check out and get a refund. Another couple was doing the Same. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. »

« I loved this place, especially for the price. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Everything was clean. I loved how they put my name on tv and welcomed me when I first arrived. I will make sure I stay here next time »

« L’hôtel est à une distance de marche du Arrowhead et Kaufman center donc pratique pour les games mais loin de tout autrement. Les chambres sont propres mais les lits étaient désuets donc inconfortables. Le personnel était courtois mais personne n’est venu faire la chambre durant nos 3 nuits de séjour malgré l’enseigne à notre porte requérant un ménage. Le déjeuner était très varié. »

« 1. The value was terrible (cost vs worth) 2. The quality of the hotel was poor and many things in the room did not meet basic standards like the shower door on able to close for several inches 3. The area did not feel safe 4. Noise isolation was very poor ... could easy hear conversations outside the room, outside the hotel, next room over , etc 5. I'd never stay there again even for $50 6. Just felt like an old construction with a few makeovers. »

« Our room was dirty. There was trash in the room the bed had hair all over it. I paid extra to get the breakfast and didn’t even get to get any the 3 days we stayed. I left the staff know about the room and told them we’d be gone for a little bit so that way they could go in there they didn’t »
