« Very reasonable price for a very good quality. Had everything expected. Nice crew. Clean and comfortable room. »

« I spent two weeks in this hotel for a business trip. I’m a disappointed about services in this hotel: no laundry service, no cleaning in the room during all the stay. The only explanation was due to Covid sanitary measures which is a bit uncontroversial when you see the staff with no masks and no respecting the sanitary measures… I’m a bit surprised abou »

« Parking was under work »

« Very friendly staff - superb accomodation and food ! When I will next go to Swindon, this is where I will stay again. »

« Excellent check-in, responsive team (while I was checking in, a receptionist asked maintenance to go fix someone in a room...by the time I got to the lift 2 minutes later then maintainer was there, on his way!). Cleanliness superb...lovely smell throughout. I'll definitely stay again. »

« L'emplacement et le parking. Le personnel au top ! »

« Lovely welcome to this lovely renovated village pub and hotel. Lovely public rooms and our bedroom was cosy, warm and good to be in. Excellent bathroom. Dinner was fine, breakfast was excellent, »

« I’d booked and paid for a room via Expedia. When I arrived I was told that I would not be staying there as they were fully booked and they had no rooms available. They claimed that there had been a change of ownership/management the week before and even though I myself had only booked two days before my arrival they denied any knowledge of my booking. I was left trying to find an alternative place to stay at 7pm on a Saturday night. Beware of pre booking if this is how they now treat guests....

« The pictures on the website don't reflect the charm of the place. Good surprise and can be recommended. »
