Safety & Liability

• Use of the hot tub, sauna, firepit, and outdoor areas is entirely at the guest’s own risk. The host assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while using these amenities.
• Guests agree to waive all claims against the host related to the use of the hot tub, sauna, firepit, decks, or any other recreational equipment.
• Children must be supervised at all times. This is not a child-proof home. The property includes stairs, decks, and water-adjacent amenities that require adult supervision.

Plumbing & Septic System Care

This property uses a private well and septic system. To protect it:
• Do not flush anything other than toilet paper (no wipes, hygiene products, paper towels, diapers, etc.)
• Do not use the garbage disposal or put food, grease, or non-food items down the sink
• Guests are financially responsible for plumbing or septic damage caused by improper use.

Cleaning & Maintenance

A professional cleaning crew services the property after each stay. However, please:
• Remove shoes indoors to help preserve flooring
• Place trash in the outdoor containers provided
• Treat the property respectfully — additional cleaning beyond standard turnover may result in a fee
