« Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. »

The day before I was due to travel I had a message saying the property would not be ready until a day later than I had booked and paid for it ! « We stayed at the apartment for a week, & we really enjoyed our stay overall. The apartment had all of the amenities that we needed. The view of the ocean was incredible, & there were nice walks along the ocean a very short distance from the apartment. The beach was also a very short walk from the apartment.
