« Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. »

« Lack of communication with the owner . Messaged me a month before saying he had to cancel because of access to the stairs then ten mins later said the booking was ok . The day before I was due to travel I had a message saying the property would not be ready until a day later than I had booked and paid for it ! « Absolutely amazing, we have never stayed anywhere like this, the pictures do not do it justice, the place is huge! The views are stunning and you have everything there you may need. Surprised there was no air-conditioning in what looks like a new ish building. Thanks again, this will be our go to place when we ever visit Swansea. »

« It was a lovely property in a great location. The owner was really easy to communicate with and the beach and coastal walk were beautiful.There was some scaffolding at the property which the owner inform us of beforehand. This was not being used. There were some early works on a flat downstairs but we let the owner know and they let us know it would be handled.I would stay again »

"Probably this hôtel has seen better days but it is actually well maintained, besides some scratches in the carpets and broken screws. The façade is currently being renovated. It is very well located in Swansea and easy to find It was quite empty so rather calm when we were here. The plus is definetly the extra super friendly and helpful staff. At the front desk and for the breakfast we had a wonderful experience, the people where super friendly and helpful. We had a very nice price so it's a good value deal. Would recommend."

"Les chambres sont très agréables et spacieuses. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents, cuisinés avec de très bons produits. Le point noir c'est la situation de l’hôtel qui se trouve proche d'une autoroute urbaine ce qui mériterait des huisseries isolantes d'un point de vue phonique ce qui n'est pas le cas actuellement."
