Štokovci is a small village located in the south of central Istria, only 6 km away from Svetvincenat, one of the best-preserved medieval towns on the Istrian peninsula. Svetvincenat, known for the Renaissance square "Placa" with the castle Morosini-Grimani, a symbol of the place and one of the most important fortifications of the Venetian army of that time in Istria, today attracts a rich tourist offer and various events. A medieval festival that offers visitors the magic of other times is certainly one of the reasons why guests visit this attractive town. Rovinj is 29 km from the villa, Poreč is 40 km from the property, and Pula 22 km.
