Apartment Vista Mare 1 is part of a complex consisting of 2 apartments, both located on the 1st floor, but with separate entrances. The second apartment is called Vista Mare 2. Each of the aforementioned apartments is booked separately, the only thing they have in common is an outdoor terrace with a heated pool.

Vista Mare 1 is an apartment that offers 115 m2 of living space and overlooks the Adriatic Sea. It offers accommodation for a maximum of 5 people. It has 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed. You will use 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, a washing machine and an iron. The living room has a sofa that serves as an extra bed, and there is also a TV.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to easily prepare delicious meals for the whole family. Next to the kitchen is a dining room with 6 seats.

Drinking your morning coffee will be possible on the seating area in peace and quiet.

The outdoor terrace will completely delight you because it offers: an outdoor heated saltwater pool measuring 65 m2, garden seating, outdoor wood or charcoal barbecue. There are also 10 sun loungers.

The apartment offers 2 private parking spaces. The yard is fenced and away from other buildings, which provides more privacy and comfort for couples and families with children.

With prior arrangement and upon request, it is possible to reserve a boat berth, pets are also allowed on request (max 1).

Nearby you will find a supermarket, various restaurants and cafes, where you will have the opportunity to try delicious traditional Dalmatian dishes.

Only 900 meters from the apartment is the Iza Banja beach. Practically the entire coast of Sveti Filip i Jakov and the surrounding areas are used for beaches that are ideal for children due to their flat coast and gentle slope towards the sea. The coast and the seabed are mostly covered with gravel or small stones.

Be sure to visit the cities of Zadar and Biograd na moru. In Zadar you will have the opportunity to enjoy historical sights, take photos at the most famous installation 'Greeting to the Sun', walk through charming streets and drink coffee while enjoying the view of the Adriatic Sea.
