Welcome to Villa Martin, a countryside retreat with space to unwind, play and spend time together. Set in Snašići near Labin, the property offers 305 m² of interior space on an expansive 6,400 m² plot, bringing together a four-bedroom main house, a separate wellness and recreation building, and generous green grounds. From quiet mornings by the pool to afternoons in the games room and evenings in the hot tub, there is something here for every holiday mood.
Accommodating up to eight guests, Villa Martin is well suited to families and friends who enjoy having both shared spaces and room to themselves. Six bathrooms throughout the property add convenience, while the separate wellness building gives relaxation its own dedicated setting.
MAIN HOUSEThe main house brings the bedrooms and everyday living spaces together. Settle into the living area for a quiet evening, gather around the dining table or prepare a leisurely meal in the kitchen. A fireplace adds a welcoming touch to the lounge.
KITCHEN & DININGThe kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker, making it easy to settle into your own holiday routine. Enjoy breakfast before a day of exploring or bring everyone together over dinner.
BEDROOMSAll four bedrooms are located in the main house, keeping the sleeping spaces separate from the wellness and recreation building. Accommodating up to eight guests, they offer a restful place to recharge after days spent swimming, exploring and enjoying time together.
BATHROOMSVilla Martin offers six bathrooms throughout the property, providing added comfort and convenience for families and groups of friends. The separate wellness building includes a shower, toilet and washbasin, conveniently close to the hot tub, sauna and gym.
GAMES ROOMLocated beneath the main house, the games room is a dedicated space for friendly competition. Challenge each other to billiards, table football or darts, while younger guests enjoy the children's toys. It is an inviting spot for a break from the sun or an evening together after dinner.

Villa Martin is located in the peaceful village of Snašići, near Labin, surrounded by the greenery of the Istrian countryside. The rural setting invites you to slow down and enjoy relaxed days outdoors, while nearby towns offer opportunities for dining, sightseeing and days by the sea.
Explore the hilltop old town of Labin, where narrow streets, colourful buildings and art galleries create a charming setting for a leisurely stroll. Stop for a coffee or discover local flavours at one of the town’s restaurants.
For beach days, head to nearby Rabac, known for its pebble beaches and clear Adriatic waters. Enjoy a swim, stroll along the waterfront or settle into a seaside café.
A car is recommended for exploring the area and making the most of your stay, from everyday shopping to discovering the villages and coastline of eastern Istria.
