« Reservation de dernière minute pour un sejour improvisé à Nessebar. Accueil assez réservé et discret mais efficace. Chambre très propre et agréable. Petit-dejeuner à améliorer peut-être un peu ; j'ai juste pris un thé et un jus mais le jus ne correspondait pas au standing de l'hotel (ca aurait pu être un jus frais mais non) ; je n'ai pas "mangé" de petit-déjeuner parce que je n'avais pas faim mais j'ai vu les formules (expliquées par la reception et vues sur d'autres tables) et c'est peut être...

« Generally, communication was difficult to make regarding confirmation mail, correct location and different telephone numbers. But it succeeded in the end. After arriving the boat, we realised that there was no electricity and water. This was fixed after a few calls next morning. It would have been nice if there's an instruction card about how to use toilet and switch panel. They also should have provided the numbers in the boat where we can contact if you need help.
