This beautiful villa immersed in the greenery of the Lazio countryside is located near Trevignano Romano, about 55 km from Rome. Its location is ideal for those who wants to enjoy peace and tranquility but want to reach a town just a few minutes' drive away. It can accommodate up to 10 people and is developed on two floors: on the ground floor it consists of a large living area with fireplace, dining area and a super-equipped open kitchen with pantry, two double bedrooms (one with sofa bed) and two bathrooms. On the upper floor there are four further double bedrooms, a single bedroom and four bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. The large terraced garden on two levels is equipped with two patio areas, barbecue, wood-burning oven, children's play area and parking space. The panoramic view extends until you can see Lake Bracciano: a true oasis of peace for nature lovers
