« The home looks to be recently remodeled. It was clean and ideal for our stay. Me and two friends stayed for 3 nights to do some motorcycle touring in the area. Port Jervis was the optimal "home base" for our trip. The host is responsive and friendly. We did not have any issues during our stay. »

« We stayed a week at this home for Spring Break. It was a nice stay. The kitchen is adequately stocked, even with a large pots for cooking for a group (I always bring my own just in case, but the home had what I needed.) The babbling brook behind the house was a nice, unexpected pleasure to sit by and read. The sauna works nicely, although I didn't use it as much as I thought I would. The tv's enable you to access pretty much any streaming service you may want to watch, which is great. Good...

« Quiet, cozy and relaxing property surrounded by naturally beautiful setting! We had a very relaxing time and the host made sure all our questions were answered promptly, very easy to deal with. The owners leave no stone unturned when seeing that their guests are comfortable and well provided for. If we were to come back to NJ for a visit in a heatbeat we'd choose to come back here!! »

« Fishing/Lake: There is absolutely no access to the lake, including the community beach. No swimming. No fishing. Such details must be in the property's details in caps. Fishing or swimming is not allowed. Water: Smelly brown water in the house. You can’t drink it or cook with it or even take a shower. It is disguising. No heads-up about the water issue. Kitchen: The smell of dirty dishes welcomed us. It looks like the previous renters left them there. Only 4 forks and 1 knife in the house....

« The house was great large enough for our family to have space to spread out. The host Phil was very responsive, when questions arised. House was clean and the amenities were great. One exception was the deck furniture was not cleaned, my husband cleaned off the deck and out side eating area from downed leaves and minor tree debris. Other than that we had a wonderful time. We would rent this property again. »
