This inviting home accommodates up to 8 guests and is ideally situated within walking distance to the river and just a 2-minute drive from the beach. Local shops and cafes are a convenient 3-minute drive away, making this the perfect location for your next holiday.

Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon and Wifi are available.
- No Garage Access (2 spaces in driveway and street parking is available)
- No smoking inside the house
- No Pets allowed

As you enter, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy open-plan living space that includes the Lounge Room, Dining area, and Kitchen. The Living area features a large smart TV with surround sound, creating an ideal spot for family movie nights. The open-plan layout ensures that the whole family can enjoy each other’s company from any part of the main living space.

The Kitchen has modern appliances, including a dishwasher for added convenience, and offers beautiful views of the backyard. A brekkie bar provides a casual spot for morning meals. The Dining area is located across from the kitchen and is perfect for family dinners.

The bedrooms are placed at the ends of the open-plan living area, each adorned with coastal bedspreads and offering ample space for your belongings. The Queen bedrooms both have a smart TV. The bathroom features a shower and separate toilet for added convenience.

Step outside from the living area onto a large deck, furnished with a BBQ and an outdoor dining table. It's the perfect spot for afternoon BBQ’s and enjoying a meal after a day spent on the water or at the beach.

Downstairs, under the deck, you'll find the laundry area, equipped with a washing machine, metal tub, and a second toilet. The large grassy backyard is perfect for children to play in or for a friendly game of family cricket. A Lyttle Bit of Paradise offers a perfect blend of relaxation and fun, making it the ideal holiday retreat in Sussex Inlet.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
