« We are a group of 9 retired friends who shared this home. The setting is beautiful, right on an ocean bay with its own gravel beach. The common areas, including kitchen, living room and game room, are all large with comfortable and nearly new furnishings, so we were easily accommodated. We visited nearby preserves (Carter and Blue Hill) for hiking and ate dinner out at Brooklin Inn. All worth doing! Our host owners were available by text to answer all questions. « Our stay was very nice. It was very close to the National Park and to Bar Harbor where we spent a couple of days. I definitely would look into using it again if we come this way. »

« Nice clean place, but one of the rooms was not how it was pictured. Instead of a queen, it had bunk beds. Water pressure was great upstairs but low downstairs in the bathroom. Also, ice maker didn't work. Great location »

There is plenty of space and the beds are comfortable.Mark responded promptly to my messages and was extremely helpful.We have been visiting the area for 2 years and this is our favorite rental. We are planning to return in the fall. »

« The house was in a good quiet location for visiting Acadia. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked! The property surrounding the house parking area was rundown with old pitiful buildings that should not be entered! The manager was awesome and responded promptly to a fuse box complications that accured! »
