• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be 25 years of age or older to book. Message us if you’d like to discuss potential exceptions.
• ID Requirement: A picture of photo ID will be required upon booking.
• Incidental Deposit: An incidental deposit is required upon booking
• Parking: 2 free parking slots are provided, and there is free parking on the street.
• Security: Exterior security cameras monitor movement 24/7 for added peace of mind.
• Separate Suite: There is a completely separate basement suite that is rented; while there is a door connecting the units downstairs they do not have access to the main house and vice versa as there is a two way lock.
• Pack & Play: A pack and play is provided as a courtesy for families traveling with little ones. Guests are responsible for proper setup and use, and we recommend reviewing manufacturer instructions to ensure safe use.
