Come into this very spacious top floor condo with an amazing back balcony and cozy little balcony on the front to enjoy the salt air. Master bedroom has ample space for comfort,night lamps and charging stations next to the beds, closet and balcony access. The master ensuite ensures privacy away from the rest of the house. The second bedroom also has plenty of storage, nightlamps with charging stations and a balcony access. The second bathroom is a full bath shared with the common space.

In the kichen you'll find most of your cooking needs to enjoy meals at home when you're not out exploring the locals hot spots. Dining table and bar seating provide ample eating space or card playing activities!

Enjoy evening breeze on the back balcony with the whole family or just a quiet space to getaway.

You have full and total access to our home during your stay.

Just like you, we're working folks ready to make your stay great. Feel free to ask any questions – we're here to help to the best of our ability! We are not located on property so please reach out to us through the app.

✩There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

✩Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

✩We have 2 exterior security cameras facing the front of the entryway and the car park. There are NO security cameras inside the property.

✩Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

✩In the unlikely event of an emergency requiring evacuation, please note that there is an emergency ladder located in the cabinet in the laundry room on the back balcony. It is designed for safe descent in case traditional exits are inaccessible. Familiarize yourself with its location and operation as part of your emergency preparedness. If you have any questions or require assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

House Rules

1) Both smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited in and around the property. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

2) If we find any cigarette or marijuana ash found within the home, we will be collecting a minimum of $1000 fee.

3) Please do not rearrange our furniture and keep it clean before you leave.

4) Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

5) Please rinse sand off feet before entering the property.

6) No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 6 people.

7) Ensure all doors are locked and windows are closed when you leave the property.

8) Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.

9) Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.

10) No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.

11) Turn off any electronics/lights when you leave the house.

12) A late checkout fee of $50 will be applied to anyone that leaves the property at 10:00am or later on the day of checkout.

13) STORMS: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless: i. The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and/or ii. A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest. iii. The day the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning” area, we will refund: 1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; 2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled during the "Hurricane Warning"; and 3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.

14) USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS - Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with an outdoor security camera. This camera is used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. There are NO cameras inside the house.

15) All of the units located at 216 S Ocean Blvd are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities.

16) Pets are NOT allowed. You will be charged a $500 fee if you bring a pet.

Surfside winter getaway

Excellent location, great quality, owners shared everything you’d need to know before arriving, and property was is good condition. Couldn’t ask for more on a weekend getaway to the beach!

The condo was very spacious, loved the outside balconies one facing ocean one in back of each bedroom, walking distance to beach and restaurants, bars. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were nice and provided plenty of towels and bath amenities. Kitchen was nice and spacious, large refrigerator and plenty to use for cooking. My only problem were kitchen knives in block were not very sharp for chopping but made it work. All in all this is a really perfect spot to enjoy a beach vacation.

Very clean place inside

The stay was very nice, the place was nice and very clean inside. but it’s easy to see that the building and property is not very well maintained. The yard is grown out to the point it’s full of thistles that stab anything that touches them.. The wooden side walk under the stairway is missing some support causing the decking to flex. The first landing on the stairs is pulling away from the building. The ceiling at the top of the stairs has a hole roughly 18 inches by 18 inches that has been left open. There are nail heads protruding from the stairs And there is no lighting on the stairs. Helene blew through while we were there and tore a little siding off the face of the deck on unit 2. And the hole in the stairway ceiling allowed wind to whip throughout the attic which caused a vacuum that was lifting the attic access panels in the bedrooms to lift and almost fall through. We did enjoy our trip and the inside of our rental ( Unit 1 ) was nice and very affordable, especially for booking it Only a week in advance , so I really can’t complain, I just find it sad that such a place is so neglected maintenance wise.
